Welcome to the Living Organization

A new perspective, not another process.

A new way of

Seeing

Viewing an organization as a living being shifts focus from processes to the deeper currents (stories, beliefs, and assumptions) that shape outcomes. This perspective helps leaders reframe challenges, uncover opportunities, and unlock the full potential of their people and systems for sustainable growth.

—1—

A leader’s #1 responsibility is to ensure organization’s growth

This at the core of The Living Organization Framework.  All the principles, skills and tools are to enhance enhance a leader ability to fulfill their #1 responsibility

—2—

Results are a Transformation of Energy

Everything is Energy, therefore the process of creating outcome must be a process of transforming energy

—3—

A collective of people with a common purpose, is itself a living person

Understanding everything is energy then what is transforming energy. The dynamics of transforming energy with a machine is very different than the dynamics of a person transforming energy.  And an organization is more like a person than a machine.

—4—

All people create outcomes by the interaction of activity, relationship and context energy

The dynamics impacting a machine’s ability to create outcomes is it design and its activity.  A person however is driven by the nature and quality of its relationships as well is the context that defines it responses to events.

—5—

All people are ecosystems within ecosystems

To effectively enhance the quality of relationship we focus on the interdependent nature of ecosystems rather the optimization of transactions

—6—

Capacity = Capability + Maturity

A machines capacity is defined by it capabilities but a person’s capacity is both their capability and maturity.  Increasing maturity expands the context opening to many more resources to navigate complex challenges.

—7—

Engagement = Empowerment = CHOICE

The overall energy committed the creation of results is directly related to levels of engagement.  Levels of engagement is directly correlated to levels of empowerment.  And the only way people feel empowered is if they are at choice about their lives.

A new way of

Leading

Leadership becomes a journey rooted in authenticity, empathy, and heart-centered connection.  Leaders move beyond designing, managing and controlling a machine to setting the guiding context, developing capability and maturity and cultivating ecosystems of relationships. This inspires innovation, enhances collaboration, and deepens ownership.
